In the field "from" enter the address and the number of the house (or the name of the hotel) (departure), in the field "where", enter your destination address (directions). Please, have your credit card number, flight number and other important information about the trip ready.

When booking the "transfer" stops (for example: friends in another hotel pick up) not possible.

If you are planning several stopovers, please use the hourly rental service.

You can cancel your booking for free:

  • "One Way" 2 hours before the start of the journey
  • "Hourly rent" 12 hours before the start of the journey

Please take into account the journey time to your location. For example: transfer from the city of Vienna to the city of Munich at 14:00 (distance 435 km). The driver will leave in advance (at 08:00) until the agreed time.

  • First Class max. 3 passengers: Mercedes S Class, BMW 7 or Audi A8
  • Premium Van max. 5 passengers: Mercedes V class or VW T6

1. Would you like a specific car brand? Please indicate this in the comment on your journey. The car will be provided if possible.

The fixed price is the final price stated at the time of booking. No Hidden Charges for paid parking, highways and tunnels, work on holidays, weekends or at night.

The exception is the change of route or number of hours at hourly rent, at the request of the customer.

The driver will meet you and your guests with the name tag or company logo:

  • at the airport - at the exit, immediately after baggage claim (please indicate the flight number).
  • at the train station - at the beginning of the platform where the train will arrive (indicate the number of the train).
  • in the hotel - directly in the hotel lobby.
  • after wish - meeting in another place, which you indicated in the comment to your journey.
  • "Transfer" is a journey from point A to point B, it includes a car with driver and all expenses for a trip. No hidden surcharges, tolls or fees for toll roads, parking lots and tunnels. For example: A trip from the airport to a hotel or ski resort, from city to city, from the office to a business meeting.
  • "Hourly rent" - a car with driver is completely at your disposal for the ordered number of hours. For example: rectification of real estate, several business meetings, a wedding, visiting sights and castles, visiting medical facilities etc. No hidden costs.

 

Do you need a large number of a certain class of cars? We are happy to organize it for you. At the same time, we take care of all organizational issues. Please contact us by phone at +49 (0) 89 41 22 13 56.

  • Credit card - the card number, the code and the name of the owner are required. Your card will be charged only after the end of the journey.
  • PayPal - only your e-mail address is required. Travel costs will be charged only after the end of the journey.
  • Invoice - a detailed bill with details of all rides, once a month. Payment upon receipt. It is only provided to corporate customers.

E-Wallets: QIWI, Yandex.Money, WebMoney, Liqpay, Payeer or Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Peercoin, Dogecoin, Namecoin, Dash - currently not possible.

For your maximum driving comfort, when choosing a car class, please note the number of all your luggage (+ child seat, stroller and carry-on baggage) to avoid any inconvenience when it is impossible to put any luggage in the car.

If you travel to third party and have 3-4 large suitcases, then vehicle class "Premium Van" for you.

If you need help with "Tax Free" at the airport, please indicate this in the "Comment on your journey", or inform us by phone on +49 (0) 172 86 24 565 (24/7). Our drivers are happy to help you.

  • 60 minutes - waiting time at the airport from the time of arrival of the aircraft (free).
  • 15 minutes - Waiting time at the specified meeting point (free).

Please note that the time you have specified when booking a ride is the time of departure. The driver will arrive in advance at the specified location.

Are your plans changed? Please contact us in time. Otherwise, after the specified waiting time, 30 minutes will be charged separately for each started 30 minutes.

All the important details and your wishes for us are very important. Please include in the "Commentary on your journey", all necessary and important information: a child seat (please specify age), pillow & blanket, or just an orange juice.
